2. What data we collect
This site collects personal data only when you submit the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. No other personal data is collected.
No cookies are set by this site.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Contact form data is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to a message you actively sent.
4. Data retention
Messages received via the contact form are retained only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, and no longer than 12 months. They are not shared with third parties.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies. Your theme preference (light/dark) and language choice (EN/CS) are stored in your browser's localStorage — this data never leaves your device.
6. Third-party services
All fonts are self-hosted on this server. No third-party font services are used.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to object and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact ahoj@studionn.cz.
